Example: Using TrackMyFiles during the creation of a sales presentation
Let's say you are working on an important sales presentation. The content you are writing must be coordinated with other colleagues by email. After a couple of days you performed the following tasks with your presentation document:
- Monday: Created first draft, sent to Marketing Departement
- Tuesday: Received completely revised version, changed title slide and conclusion
- Wednesday: Forwarded presentation to Product Management
- Thursday: Received revised version and note to include some more product features
Friday: What did I write about product features on Monday?
